What to know as a New Student:

Street parking only, give yourself time to find a spot. Be respectful follow street signs.
Arrive early! We lock the doors promptly to start class for the safety of our students and teachers.
Bring your yoga mat, towel & water. (rentals are available)
Come to class on an empty stomach but stay hydrated before and after class.
Do not judge - yourself or others.
"Unplug" - Silence your phone and dedicate this time for yourself.
Do your best, don't give up.
Breathe! You may find yourself dizzy at times. This is perfectly normal. Stay in the room.
Cleanliness is a large part of yoga. Please practice this in your surroundings, your words, your thoughts. Return any used props and clean your mat after class.
